# Creating income roles

Guide to creating income roles

## What is this?

An income role periodically gives its owner experience, currency, reputation, and/or items. The player claims the income with the `/role-income` command.

## Discord

Create one with: [/manager-roles](/eng/commands/admins.md) `create` \<role>

Settings:

1. Type: fixed amount or percentage
2. Experience / currency / reputation
3. Items (up to 10)
4. Cooldown in hours
5. Ready notification
6. Permission to receive the income
